Less is more #9 A touch of red

Less is more challenge: http://simplylessismoore.blogspot.com/
Here are this weeks guidelines:
Clean & Simple: A design of card with clean lines, minimal elements, areas of white space and few or no embellishments.
White Space: An area of the card which has no image, layer or embellishment.
This can be any colour dependent upon the colour of the card blank.
OLC One Layer Card One piece of card folded in half with no additional layers and minimal embellishments, where the image is stamped directly onto the cardstock.
Add a touch of red
———

Now here is a concept I need to adopt, I think I left enough white space (lol!) ~ I’m going to add a red ribbon across the top.   I’ve received some terrific comments that will help in the future. Thank you ~ Who would think trying to keep it simple would be so challenging!

I started paper crafting in 1995 when I first tried embossing with powder, I was so excited and couldn't believe it was so easy to make something so beautiful. Creativeseconds was started as a way of selling secondhand craft supplies and cards on Ebay and Etsy. You will find creative cards, tags, and paper crafting projects here as well as craft room organizational ideas. Follow along with me and comments are welcomed and appreciated.

  1. Hi there,Thanks so much for joining us… just to clear up what may be a little misconception… ALL our entries must be Clean and Simple, but we only have a ONE LAYER CARD challenge once each month, however they are acceptable at anytime of course! The rota of challenges is on our sidebar! Now to your lovely card… lots of super white space, and of course you could ave added a ribbon if you so wished.I love the butterflies and would probably have just stuck to them, I love them.Have a great week and we hope to see you next time!Chrissie\”Less is More\”
