first I found the polka dot card, then I was looking through my paper stacks and spotted this great paper with the Eiffel Tower.  I picked Fleur De Lis instead of banners to keep it french and added my button, flower and stamped sentiment for the Shabby tea room.  I rarely think to turn my paper!
