I made this card for the AAA Card challenge which was to only decorate 1/3 of the card and use bright colors.
I used the Botanical Builder Framelits from Stampin Up with Hot pink paper.  The card base is  Turquoise, but it didn’t photograph that way?!  I added sequins and a tiny butterfly in gold which was also die cut from Stampin Up.  The background effect was done with an embossing folder by Stampin Up as well.
