The Card Concept #115 Challenge Picture:
When I saw this picture I thought of my background die from Papertrey Ink. I used part of the flower dies from Stampin Up’s Botanical Builder framelits to make some of the designs and got into my sequin stash for the seahorse, fish, and sun. “Spread Sunshine” seemed to be the right sentiment for this happy greeting.
