I put the idea of an “Easter card for a child” on the SAS4Kids blog with the Penny black “use an animal” request to get started today. I found one of my oldest stamps called “Bunny’s Best” #518E by Penny Black and used water color crayons to color him in. The sketch on the paper players inspired the patterned paper arrangement and the request to “use bows and banners” at 613 Avenue Create helped me to find a “Happy Easter” sentiment for a banner, and a sweet pink gingham bow to add to my image. I pulled out all my Spring decorations already and have lot’s of bunnies and ceramic eggs around ~ Bring on the warmer weather! Are you ready for Spring??

Gosh, Karen. I was really surprised to see an Easter card. Easter seems so far away, although I know it isn’t. This is so sweet and adorable and a great gift for some special child, too.

Comes up fast! and this site “send a smile 4 kids” asks you to mail your cards (if you can) to a hospital where a nurse will write a note to a sick child to encourage them 🙂

The bunny card is adorable. I love how you attached the bunny stamped card. It made me think of old photo albums. Thanks for reminding me that Easter will soon be here. Eileen xx

I forgot to answer the question you left on my blog. The orange fruit displayed so beautifully on my plate was papaya. It was delicious. E
