Snarky Card, T is for Takeout Counter and Tag

Happy Tuesday! my beverage of choice this morning is a smoothie. I use frozen banana’s and oranges, add coconut milk, yogurt, molasses, cocoa, pea protein, ice, and water. YUM!

At Tag Tuesday the theme is Paris. The stamp is from Inkadinkdo and I scouted through my travel bucket and found this fun stencil I knew I had. I searched and found a postage stamp with Princess Diana and some washi tape in keeping with the theme.

Sisterhood of the Snarky Stampers requested an evil card and well this image and saying is about as snarky/evil as I get! I used recipe #4 from the “Joy of Card making” book that I’m working my way through for the sketch. I could leave the inside blank or add “Sorry I was so prickly” or “Just wanted to give you a poke”. I can’t decide….what do you think??

Here’s Mojo sitting on one step and leaning on the other. I think it looks like he’s placing a takeout order “I’ll have the fish of the day please”

~ Enjoy your day ~

  2. Love your Parisian themed tag Karen. All the elements work beautifully together and I really like the cord you’ve used. The snarky card made me chuckle! The Hug Me sentiment is perfect and I wouldn’t put anything inside – keep them guessing! Mojo is a proper cutie! If he’s like any of the cats I’ve homed, he won’t be content with Fish of the Day – he’ll want something specially prepared and then when he gets it he’ll change his mind!!! Vicky x

  3. Karen, this is the sweetest post for one that offers snark. I like your idea of snarky. It’s a bit prickly, but incredibly cute.

I have that same Paris stamp. I love mine and you’ve given me an idea for a tag, too. I absolutely adore that you included a postage stamp of Princess Diana on your beautiful tag. I may have been named for her MIL, but I related to her far more than I can the Queen.

Wow, that’s a great sounding smoothie. I have been thinking about buying some almond milk, so I bet it would replace the coconut milk nicely. Thanks for sharing your lovely art and your smoothie in that great glass with us for T this Tuesday.

LOVE how Mojo is sitting. He’s a real heart breaker and such a cutie. Please don’t tell the “boys” I said that, though. I have to sleep with them (grin).

  7. Your card has just the right amount of evil! The background paper (paper? stencil?) is great to go with the cactus theme. (I also love your Paris tag.) Thanks for joining the evil fun at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers!

  8. I like both sentiments for the inside so it will be hard to choose. Thanks for setting your evil free with the Sisterhood.
