Another Dragonfly card, this time created for the Global Design Project theme “Flutter and fly”. I used the metal die cut and painted through the openings using luminarte paint. I painted a seperate piece of paper and die cut the dragonflies and added metallic gold paint to the bodies. I used Gold sheer shimmer spritz by Tsukineko and liked it, but wanted more so I used gold metallic paint slightly watered down and flicked on the card with a toothbrush. I added a few gold sequins for added sparkle.
At Tag Tuesday the theme this week is women, so I created a very feminine purple and pewter tag that reads “We do remember days, we remember moments” as she seems to be reminiscing. This will also work for the Challenge at Dream Valley where the theme is for girls only.
