Hello everyone! I have not one but 4 scrapbooking projects that I’ve started since being quarantined ~ I figure that way I won’t get tired of one and quit. (I’ll keep you posted as to how that theory is working out) The first item to share with you is a card I made for my nephew. at DL.ART there current challenge is to make a card featuring a dog, and at Craft Rocket the request is for “Furry Friends”. I stamped on watercolor paper and used water color crayons and a paint brush to color the dogs.

My second project to share is my “ABC” scrapbook album of my daughter Sarah. I thought it would be sweet to someday share this with her future children. This picture of her going to the beach just makes me smile! She loved that alligator float and so did I.

I would like to share this post along with some funnies for the week at “A stitch in time”, I hope we can still respectfully joke about this “cornteen” if not please except my apologies ~ Enjoy your week and stay well!

Hi Karen thanks for the visit to mine. Pleased you found out what the word means. It comes from wanting more and is actually used quite a lot in the UK probably because there are too many nice things to eat! The dog card is lovely they are so cute and the scrapbook photos are gorgeous. Take care and have a lovely peaceful weekend, Angela x

By having more than one project on the go, you won’t get bored that’s for sure.
Oh what a lovely doggie card! I like how you coloured it.
And the alligator pictures are really sweet. What is ‘B’ going to be?
Oh I giggled at the funnies. The woman that played with the settings and turned herself into a potato really made me laugh. That could be me. I’m not that tech savvy and I often don’t know how to ‘get back’ when I have accidentally pressed something.
And the woman knitting the noose…. so funny.
Have a lovely weekend,
Take care,
Lisca

Thanks for linking up and sharing your smiles. Love the dog card and the LO with your little girl on is so cute. I’m sure creative folk with plenty of projects on the go will get through this mad time much easier than most so keep up the good work. Love the funnies….I’ve not started knitting yet 😂😂

Love the scrapbook. I made one for the first 21 years of my youngest son’t life, and he treasures it now.
Your doggy card is great, and very well coloured..
I hope we can all smile and not be offended by the virus funnies. If we didn’t laugh about it sometimes we would be crying. That is not belittle the tragedy in some families, it is just that we all need to keep our spirits up however we can. Kate x

I enjoyed the jokes, haven’t seen those, my DIL sends me some everyday!
I love your card, love the dogs and Your scrapbook page, lovely photos too,
I have a few pages going on but seemed to have run out of steam for the moment, I’m almost out of photo paper too but cleaning out my craft room I found two half sheets! I took two afternoons to sort out the ribbons! I know I have so many I could open a shop.
Take care, jan x

Had to stop by since I missed you last Friday. I couldn’t get your jokes to load, but I loved the A page you have created for Sarah. I know once you finish this, she will cherish it forever, as will your grandchildren. That card is adorable, too. I like the shading. SO well colored.
