At a stitch in Time on Friday’s we share what we’ve been working on along with a few funnies.
I finished two more pages in Sarah’s ABC scrapbook. Next page will be E for Eggs.

And now for some weekly smiles!

Hi Karen, thanks for your earlier visit, I love your pages, very bright and pretty. The Easter Basket is brilliant, I saw a bouquet of toilet rolls in one joke photo. The jokes are very good, I like the lady needing more wine, it reminds me of three ladies in England who are lifelong friends who were going into lockdown together, they said they would drinking plenty of wine, I often think about them and hope they are keeping safe and enjoying themselves.
Cooking in quarantine photo is amazing, what an imagination, is gorgeous!
Happy Easter, Jan x

You are moving right along on that scrapbook for your daughter, Karen. The pages are so colorful and happy. You put a lot of skill and effort into those embellishments. Your daughter’s Easter basket is brilliant. I’m sure she appreciated the candy, but I bet she liked the TP and sanitizer better.

Your scrapbook is coming along so well, the kids grow up so quickly and those albums will be a treasure in years to come. Lovey inchie, too. And the jokes are very topical just now. I did a happy dance this week when I got a packet of toilet paper! Have a great weekend, hugs, Valerie

Thank you for your nice comment and for becoming a follower.
I enjoyed your post. The scrapbook is coming on nicely. It will be a challenge to find a photo to match every letter, but so far so good. C for Cake is great. I like it that you have enlarged one of photos to be the focus. Beautiful.
As to your comment/question about my collages, I do those on my iPad (also possible on iPhone). It is a free app by Becky Higgins. It’s called Project Life App (also available for Android). The app comes with a free starter kit. The only thing I have paid for is the ability to write on the photos (cost something like 2 dollars) the rest is all free. I also get all sorts of freebies on the net which I use, but the basic kit is Becky’s. I think it’s fun. It takes me all of 5 min a day and who knows, one day I will print them into a photobook.
Hubby and I are studying the book of Isaiah. We have a book that we study from and we do it together at our own pace. Today is Good Friday and guess what we read today? Isaiah 53! All about Christ. Amazing!
Wishing you a very happy and peaceful Easter. The Lord is risen!
Hugs,
Lisca

Really love your LOs. I guess some of the letters of the alphabet will be easier than others. Love the funnies too esp the ‘need more wine’ one 😂😂😂

I really like your layouts. For some reason I have hit a wall with my scrap-booking but i am sure I will get back to it soon. Inchies are a bit too small for me. I used to make and swap lots of ATCs until I moved to Spain and the speed and cost of postage made it too difficult, but I don’t think I could work with anything smaller than that.
I love the Easter basket. practical and very welcome I am sure. The artistic bread/cake? is pretty amazing. There are some really good funnies around right now and I guess that is good for all of us. Stay safe. Kate x
