Happy 2nd Birthday and A graduation Card

It’s been almost a month since my last post! We are planning a kitchen renovation and I’m finding it really hard to make decisions these days. I want a new kitchen, but with everything happening in the world it’s hard to care about material things. Anyway, life has to keep moving forward and I have a great nephew whose turning two that needed a birthday card made. I bought him this awesome Little Tykes 3 in 1 baseball toy, so I thought I’d keep with the theme and make a baseball card. I found my inspiration from the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge and used stamps, stickers and washi tape to complete my card.

My next card was inspired by a card I found on Pinterest. I used a Jolee graduation hat along with rubber stamps, a die cut, patterned paper, and sequins to create this congratulations card. Thanks for visiting!

  2. I know exactly what you mean Karen, it seems awful to carry on with life while people are suffering like this. But your kitchen renovation will be helpful in that it provides work for people, and preventing yourself from finding enjoyment in things isn’t going to help anyone. Your feelings do you credit 🙂
Your cards are lovely! The bright baseball card is fabulous and just right for a two year birthday and I love the graduation card with its gorgeous splattered background and die cut focal points.
Glad to see you back! Vicky x
