It’s Tuesday, so I’m sharing my beverage and a creation with you and the T gang at the Altered Book Lover. The bi-weekly theme at Tag Tuesday is farm animals so I pulled out a couple of my rubber stamps and started playing. The sweet pig and sentiment were from The Angel Company (TAC), and the cow and sentiment from Stampin’ Up!.

While out walking in the heat, I spotted this baby snake. I can’t tell what kind he is, or what he died from (maybe hot pavement). I thought he had interesting markings.

Can you see the humidity in the air in this picture? This is the view from a house that’s for sale in my neighborhood. It’s stunning, but the house needs even more renovations then mine.

Today is the first day back to school here in Virginia and the public schools are all virtual again. My daughter is set up in the guest room and learning Oceanography on Zoom. She wouldn’t let me take her picture yet, maybe later when she’s not in the middle of class. ~ Enjoy the week ahead ~
Your tags are very amusing! I hope your daughter does well in her classes. So many kids are having no-contact college, high school, kindergarten, total education: it’s a tragedy for our country’s future that they are deprived of a broader learning experience.
be well… mae at maefood.blogspot.com

Good morning, I am really glad that my state of Missouri has opened up the schools here and that our workers can also go back to work. This is really bad for our children not to be able to be in the classroom-just my opinion of course.
I Love your farm tags!! great views from the lake house happy T hugs Kathy

Hi Karen, I love your beautiful tags both so cute and funny. My auntie used to call me piggly wiggly when I couldn’t sit still! Love the view over the lake. I’ve never seen a snake like that before. The inchie is pretty, too. Have a great week, take care, hugs, Valerie

I could do without the snake (dead is good, however!) but your tags are just adorable!

Water is my drink of choice most of the time. That lakefront has so much lawn! That’s more yard work than I’d want, but the view is wonderful. It’s good to hear schools are able to get things done while staying safe. What a pretty little snake. I have no idea what kind it is, but most snakes aren’t venomous. Poor thing 😦
Happy T Tuesday

The tags are darling. Living in Mexico, I especially liked “Moochas Gracias!” Your inchies never cease to amaze me. The kite is darling.
You live in a lovely area. Yes, I can see the humidity. Phew – I wouldn’t like that.
Happy T-Day. Stay safe and well. Hugs, Eileen

Such fabulous tags, they really made me smile! The piggy reminds me of the Piggly Wiggly store in New Orleans that we saw …lol 😀. Loving the play on words on the cow one too – perfect! Wow, that snake was hard to spot 😉. Loving the inchie too … let’s go fly a kite, maybe tomorrow on the beach! Take care and wishing you a very happy T Day! Hugs, Jo x

Oh Karen, I’m so happy you created those tags. I now know what I’m going to make. You did great and I really like both tags. SO clever. So is your inchie. They are SO small, but I really like what you created.
You have a fabulous view and your yard puts mine to complete shame. I love the lake and the large expanse. It is beautiful.
I don’t drink enough water. I really should, but I compensate by drinking coffee 24/7 instead. Thanks for sharing your adorable tags, your lovely lawn, your inchie, and your water with us for T this Tuesday, dear Karen.

I forgot to add that in my city, grades K-6 are going to school several days a week, while 7-12 are taking classes virtually. ALL children are eligible for free lunches, but the parents must pick them up at a designated location.

how pretty your area is… did I tell you we moved to CO from Annapolis MD three years ago, love VA. School is going to be yet another challenge. We’re all trying to survive, and hopefully a vaccine will actually work, and people will actually get one! It’s freezing and humid here today…so weird.

I can see that humidity. It has that same hazy kind of look we get here-and probably everywhere that’s humid. But I must say I just love your tags. They are so cute and lots of fun. Hope you had a wonderful T day Karen. Hugs-Erika

I love the puns on your tags. So fun! I love the hazy, hot, humid weather. You don’t have to shovel humidity! 😺 Happy T Day!

I love your tags and your inchie!! That snake does have beautiful markings, poor thing though. Our Grandkids are all back in the classroom now and fingers crossed they will be safe!!

Oh I love the ‘Moochas Gracias’ tag (as I live in Spain. )
Yes, I think the children will be going back to school soon here too. But I think they go back to class rooms (not sure)
I love oceanography. I studied it at university as part of my Earth Science degree. Fascinating.
Your little inchie is gorgeous. (as always)
That is a pretty snake. No, I don’t know what it is either.
Happy belated T-Day,
Lisca

Your tags are fun with their funny sentiments Karen and I love your teeny inchie, which reminds me of an illustration in a children’s book! And are you SURE it’s just water in that enormous cup?! I always love coming here to see your photos of everyday life. A snake is a very rare thing to see here in England. I feel a bit sad that your one had died. I love the photo of the view from the house for sale in your neighbourhood – how beautiful! My hair would NOT like that humidity!! Sending love to you all – so worrying to see kids not being able to interact normally with each other, but we have to have faith and optimism for the future. Vicky x

Love those tags! Must get on with one myself! Your cup is a good size. The view from that house is fabulous but not if it is needing repairs. My grandchildren are back in school and I find it worrying that the Covid numbers are going higher in their areas. Poor snake! A very belated Happy T Day, Chrisx

I am always getting distracted, first I tried to look for your poem with the triple tag, then I looked for your snake. Think it is a baby Black Rat snake, I found a similar picture (also dead). Love your tags, I tried in hives once and decided they were way too tiny for me x Angela

“In hives”. I corrected this 🙄. I meant inchies of course.
