A huge thank you for my surprise package that I won from Valerie for participating in her Tag Tuesday challenge! I love it all and had so much fun sorting through all the pieces of inspiration inside! One of the items are Halloween themed doilies which I turned into a tag for the current theme at Tag Tuesday.

I die cut a purple circle and added a little bling and some string to complete. This will also give me a chance to join in with Rain for her Thursday Art Date as well.

My daughter and my grand dog Wilson are coming home this weekend and he is dressed and ready for Halloween! His costume is a little small for him, but he still looks oh so cute!

I also want to share my daughter Sarah’s pumpkin that she’s using wood carving tools to create a bat image. Isn’t he coming out so cool?! I’ll share the completed project all lit up ~ hopefully soon! Happy Halloween!!

Lovely post, so glad your little packet arrived after all this time, It probably walked all the was. Hope you can use the things in it. Love the tag you made with the lace doilies, great idea. Stay safe, hugs, Valerie

Valerie is always SO very, very generous. Your gifts and tag are out of this world. I especially LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Halloween doilies. I like how you “altered” them, too. They are perfect for Rain’s TAD. I also think Sarah is a genius. Her carving skills are incredible. She is very talented, just like her mother.
Wilson looks adorable in his costume. I am glad you will have time to spend with Wilson and your daughter for Halloween this year.

You made something cute even cuter … not an easy thing to do. Love your daughter’s Bat pumpkin. I can only imagine how scary it looks with a light inside. And Wilson, what a handsome dog and I bet he is thinking “when are you going to let me out of this thing”! I have my Izzi’s costume, but haven’t taken a picture of her in it yet. She doesn’t get to do Halloween because she would bark at the kids and scare them. We are foregoing Halloween this year because of Covid. My FH and I are both high risk so we decided to pass on the opening the door to many possible exposures. Isn’t it sad that we still have to be dealing with this. Anyway, I am glad you joined in at TAD and hope that you, your daughter, Wilson and everyone else in your family have a wonderful, fun and safe Halloween.

Congratulations on your win of those lovely goodies from Valerie. I love the Halloween doily with the spider in the middle. Very scary!
The bat pumpkin is looking scary too. Your daughter has done a really good job there and I can only imagine what it looks like with lights in it.
I admit I feel sorry for Wilson having to wear that too small costume with its tail halfway down his back. His facial expression says it all really.
Have a lovely weekend,
Stay safe (which I know you do),
(It will be interesting to see how the election pans out this weekend,)
